Mrs JANE PLAYER, England
Mediator
Jane is an accredited mediator having mediated over 500 disputes both domestic and international. Her expertise focuses on general corporate and contractual claims, fraud and project disputes, IP claims and media disputes.

Particularly recommended where there are strong personalities within the parties' groups and where there may be some cynicism towards the potential for dispute resolution through mediation, Jane has an engaging style and is often praised for her proactive approach.

Mr Aloysius Goh, Singapore
Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Sage Mediation Pte Ltd
Certified as an international mediator since 2007, Aloysius specializes in complex cross-border cases and his mediation clients include companies listed on the BSE, NYSE, SGX, SSE, and HSI, as well as charities, non-government organisations, and public sector entities.

A large part of Aloysius' career was in public service and non-profits. Aloysius currently serves as a member of the International Mediation Institute's Appraisal Committee. He is a Senior Faculty at the Singapore Mediation Centre and Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy.

A National University of Singapore (NUS) Law School Research Scholar and a Public Service Commission Humanities Scholar, Aloysius has a Master's degree in Law from the NUS, and a Master's degree in Education Leadership from Boston College Lynch Education School.
Mr Eugene E. Kiselev, Russia

The first mediation to resolve a business conflict between owners was held in the 90s. Since then, he regularly conducts business mediation on corporate disputes, conflicts between owners, conflicts when buying and selling a business.

In 2007, he trained as a mediator at Saint Petersburg State University and successfully passed the exam for the international certificate of mediator. In 2015, he trained as a mediation coach at Saint Petersburg State University. In 2016, he became the author and initiator of the project " The peace is real! Mediation as a way to resolve family conflicts", which received a grant from the President of Russia. Since 2017, he has been a member of the coordinating Council of the "League of mediators" in Saint Petersburg.

He is the author of a methodology for obtaining a business mediation order from an Arbitration court (developed and first tested in 2017).
Mr Andrew Miller, London, United Kingdom

Andrew has been involved in the mediation of disputes since 1996, when he undertook his first mediation in Singapore. He has experience of over 150 mediations and has been involved in mediations both domestically and internationally for over 20 years.

Andrew is both CEDR and RICS accredited and acts as a mediator in a wide range of commercial sectors, including Construction, Commercial, Insurance, Energy, Property Damage, Product Liability and professional negligence disputes.

Andrew also practices as a single and panel Arbitrator in commercial arbitrations and has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) since 1999. Andrew is also a trustee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Dr. Deri Ronis, Sarasota, Florida Area

Dr. Deri Ronis has been providing innovative seminars and workshops for over three decades to schools, corporations, government agencies and religious organizations. She earned a Doctorate in International Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, pioneering numerous programs.

She lived and taught in the Bahamas from 1979 t9 1984. She has spoken at many venues over the past 3 decades. She was a Rotary International Goodwill Ambassador and University Professor Grant Recipient teaching at Galen University and Sacred Heart College in San Ignacio, Belize in 2007. She is currently a Fulbright Specialist Grant Recipient.

Her past program was as the lead trainer in Peer Mediation at New College with the Sarasota World Affairs Council. She is currently an ESOL Adjunct Professor, her undergraduate degree in Linguistics, teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages with many talented immigrants in Sarasota at Suncoast Technical College. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator, a U.S. Postal Redress Mediator, a Trainer in Anti Bullying and Cyber Bullying with the ADL, Anti Defamation League, and an EAP trainer, (Employee Assistance Programs).
Mr John K. Mitchell, California

John K. Mitchell is one of "Los Angeles' Best Court Mediators " and a lawsuit closer in both federal and state court. Since 2014, he has settled over seven hundred court cases. As a lecturer in Law and clinical instructor at USC Gould School of Law, a top 20 law school, Mitchell teaches advanced mediation skills to postgraduate students while settling litigated court cases, working effectively with people from all walks of life and differing cultures and with mediation students from around the world who attended USC.

Mitchell is a member of the board of directors for the Mediator Certification Consortium of California, MC3, a nonprofit that certifies mediator experience, education and skill. Mitchell is also a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court in the Central, Eastern & Southern Districts of the State of California
Mrs Kristin Rizzo, San Diego, CA - United States

Kristin Rizzo is an employment attorney, mediator, and neutral fact-finder. She is the Owner/Founder of Rizzo Resolution, a boutique firm providing employment neutral services, and she mediates privately through West Coast Resolution Group. Kristin also sits on several distinguished mediator panels, including the San Diego Superior Court panel, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) pro-bono panel, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) pro-bono panel. Kristin is passionate about helping people, employees, and companies resolve their disputes in creative and meaningful ways.

Mr Gabor Farkas, Switzerland
Mediator and a Peacebuilder
During his 30 years of professional experience in Communication, Marketing and Management, Gabor has developed his skills in fostering transnational business relations and conflict resolution. He was the founder and CEO of a chain of retail stores. Previously, he was the Marketing Director of the first European company to offer internet access over cable. An early pioneer in the development of web-based businesses he launched, in 1995, one of the first e-commerce websites in Switzerland.

Gabor has studied multimedia and creative arts in ESAV in Geneva.

He is an accredited mediator with CEDR in the UK, CMAP and ESCP in France and CSMC in Switzerland.
Born in Budapest and raised in Geneva, he has also studied and worked in England, the USA, Israel, Spain, France, Germany, Senegal, the Ivory Coast, Czech Republic and Russia.

Jane Gunn is a former city solicitor, now a full time mediator with 20 years experience of mediating commercial cases.
